Anthony F. Izzo has been active in the development of commercial and industrial real estate on a national basis since 1972. During this period, he was associated with Hyland Associates of Greenwich, Connecticut and The Giegerich Company of Westport, Connecticut. AFI, Inc. was organized in 1994 for the purpose of establishing direct involvement with the development, management and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail real estate. Aetna, AT&T, CIGNA, John Hancock, Pitney Bowes, Prudential, UNUMProvident Corporation, Unisys Corporation, General Cigar Holdings, Inc., Lincoln National Life Insurance, Orion Capital Companies, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Amica Insurance, and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company are among the corporations that have leased, co-ventured or partnered with AFI, Inc.
